The next example of topics I will include in my up-coming handbook to help you achieve and maintain optimal health and vitality is the miracle of water and the power of prayer.
Water has a unique role in transporting the natural vibration of words, sounds and intentions that can help you change your personal health, others around you, and the entire world. Water is a powerful example of how physical matter is transformed by your emotional and spiritual body. The positive or negative words, sounds and intentions from you can amazingly change water’s structure either positively or negatively.
I was given 2 short but powerful books, by a patient of mine, written by Masaru Emoto. They are: “The Miracle of Water” and “The Hidden Messages in Water“. Both of these books show and explain, in the pages and amazing photos, how water is effected by the surrounding environment.
Emoto demonstrates in his experiments how prayer, written and spoken words, sounds, and music all can physically change the structure of water. He also takes the next step and tells us the powerful, transformational implications of our words and actions have on the world around us.
He demonstrates in his experiments how good, loving words, inspirational music, and prayers physical change water’s structure into beautiful, frozen water crystals. He also shows how hateful spoken and written words, destructive music, and negative intentions tear down and destroy the naturally beautiful structure of the water crystals.
This effect on water in a glass is no different than the water in your food, water in your body, water in the bodies of people around you, and the water found all over the world. Your positive or negative words and intentions have powerful effects on the environment around you.
The soothing, loving, thankful vibrations you give off during prayers, meditation, chants, in music, and in all of nature can help you achieve optimal health and vitality and transform the world.
