preventive (cleanings, exams) treatment, or did not proceed with
needed treatment when advised, any necessary treatment for
correction may now be more involved and comprehensive. In
order to keep costs passed to you at a minimum and to simplify
billing, payment at the time of service is requested.

insurance questions, please ask our Financial Coordinator for
details of how our office will assist you in attaining your maximum
benefits, and to explain our insurance policies. For your
convenience, our office does accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA,
Discover, and American Express. We are pleased to offer Capital One Healthcare Finance to our patients.
